1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, installing the ReplyFrog Chrome extension, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you purchase a paid subscription, you also agree to our Refund Policy and to Paddle's buyer terms, since Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record for payments.
2. Description of the Service
ReplyFrog is an AI co-pilot that helps you draft social media replies in different tones and in your own voice. The Service generates draft text for you to review and edit. You are always responsible for reviewing drafts before posting.
ReplyFrog does not auto-post on your behalf, does not access your social media account passwords, and does not take control of your social media accounts. You must manually post any reply using the native tools of the relevant platform.
The Service is currently available on X (Twitter), with plans to support additional platforms in the future. Features, platforms, and availability may change over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using ReplyFrog, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and to keep your account details up to date.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or publish content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.
- Violate the terms, policies, or community guidelines of any social media platform.
- Spam, manipulate engagement, or automate posting in a way that violates platform rules.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Share account access or resell the Service without our written permission.
You remain solely responsible for the content you post on social platforms, even if it was drafted with ReplyFrog.
6. AI-generated content
Draft replies are generated using artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your context. ReplyFrog does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, or suitability of any generated content.
You must review and approve every draft before posting. Do not rely on ReplyFrog as a substitute for your own judgment.
7. Subscriptions, billing, and Paddle
ReplyFrog may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select at checkout.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. This means Paddle is the seller of record for billing, tax, invoicing, and payment processing purposes. Your payment relationship for paid plans is subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms and policies, in addition to these Terms.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees, billing intervals, usage limits, and included features are described at the time of purchase and on our pricing page.
We may change plan pricing or features for future billing periods. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice before changes take effect. Price changes generally apply to subsequent billing cycles, not retroactively.
8. Free tier and usage limits
If you use a free plan, access may be subject to daily or monthly usage limits, feature restrictions, or other conditions described on our website or in the Service. We may modify free-tier limits at any time.
9. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your ReplyFrog account settings or via the billing management options provided by Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not necessarily remove access immediately unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
10. Intellectual property
ReplyFrog and its branding, software, design, and documentation are owned by ReplyFrog Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service, such as voice notes and custom tone presets. You grant us a license to use that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating drafts for you.
11. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms and providers, including social media sites, AI inference providers, and Paddle. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. ReplyFrog is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
12. Service availability and changes
We strive to keep ReplyFrog available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, supported platforms, or plan offerings.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. ReplyFrog disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplyFrog Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to ReplyFrog through Paddle in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReplyFrog Labs from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your posted content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of ReplyFrog after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ReplyFrog Labs, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply.
