1. Overview
ReplyFrog offers both free and paid plans. This policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased through ReplyFrog.
Payments for paid plans are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, applicable sales tax or VAT, and payment processing on our behalf.
2. Free plans
ReplyFrog's free plan does not require payment. No refunds apply because no charge is made.
3. Subscription billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout (for example, monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for each billing period until cancellation.
Your receipt and invoice are issued by Paddle as Merchant of Record. The charge on your bank or card statement may appear as Paddle or a related descriptor.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:
- Future renewals will stop.
- You will generally retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Your account may revert to the free plan when the paid period ends.
You can cancel through your ReplyFrog dashboard or through the subscription management link provided by Paddle in your receipt or billing email.
5. Refund eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with ReplyFrog. Unless otherwise required by law, the following refund rules apply:
14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a paid plan for the first time, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment if the Service does not meet your expectations. This guarantee applies once per customer account for a first paid subscription purchase.
Renewals and subsequent charges
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or where we determine a billing error occurred.
Annual plans
If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day money-back period, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused months unless required by law.
Exceptions
We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, repeated refund requests, violation of our Terms, or fraudulent activity.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us at [email protected] with:
- The email address associated with your ReplyFrog account
- Your Paddle receipt or transaction ID, if available
- A brief explanation of your request
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Billing errors and unauthorized charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or without authorization, contact us promptly at [email protected]. We will review the charge with Paddle and work to resolve verified billing errors.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback where possible. Chargebacks may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
8. EU and UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have statutory rights to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days. Because ReplyFrog provides digital services that begin immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that access may start right away and that your statutory withdrawal right may be affected once the service has been fully performed with your consent, as permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under local law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply to future purchases and, where required by law, to existing subscriptions.
